Take 2 kg of cabbage and shinkuem its arbitrary: you can cut into strips, can be cut into squares - just as you wish. On a coarse grater rub 1-2 carrots or also cut her with a knife strips.
5-6 cloves of garlic cut into thin plates. Cabbage, carrots and garlic mix and expanded in sterilized jars. Cabbage is not much compacted, because then it will need to mix.
Now prepare the marinade. The pour pot 1.5 liter of water, add 2 tablespoons salt 8 Partial tablespoons sugar, 5-7 peas of black pepper. Once boiling, pour 1 tablespoon 70% of vinegar, 1 minute boil and turn off.
Hot marinade pour the cabbage and stir a few times. Left at room temperature until cool. During this time, it can be a couple more times to mix the cabbage.
