I never thought that burgers can be so juicy and tasty, if you add the minced oatmeal. Well, not only porridge, add something else. In general, read my favorite recipe is delicious and cutlets that loves my family.

Ingredients:

meat (or a ready minced)
bow
oatmeal
milk
cheese
eggs
salt
spice
oil for frying patties

First, prepare porridge for our burgers. You need a half cup of oatmeal. Take the most common (Hercules), who need to cook. Oat flakes Quick cooking unsuitable, so be careful when choosing oatmeal.

Flakes pour 5-6 tablespoons of milk, add 1 egg, mix well and leave for 25-35 minutes. During this time the flakes should swell.

Also for meatballs, we need about 700 grams of minced meat. You can cook the stuffing ourselves, we can take a ready-made at the store. Stuffing can be any, but I like most when mixed stuffing (pork and beef in equal proportions).

Mix the minced meat and swollen oatmeal, add salt and spices to taste, and my secret ingredient - grated cheese. Cheese will need about 50g.

Note that in cutlet mincemeat I do not add a roll, soaked in milk. Instead, I just oatmeal and cheese.

Well, everything, form patties and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Previously they can roll in breadcrumbs. Also, these burgers are obtained very tasty, if you bake them in the oven. Bon appetit, my dear!
