Today prepare capelin in tomato sauce in the pan. It is very tasty and the budget, because the capelin fish inexpensive. The recipe is simple, be sure to take him in my cookbook.

Ingredients:

capelin
bow
tomato paste
carrot
flour
salt
vegetable oil
spice

So, take 400-450 grams of capelin. The fish are thawed, disemboweled, be sure to remove the abdomen with a black film. Heads, tails and fins are cut off. Ridge can also immediately remove and can be left - then there is every man it will remove at ease.

Now take a pan, warm up a little vegetable oil and put onion (1 piece) and carrots (1 pc). Finely cut onions, carrots grate. Fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes, then add to them 3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste. Not tomato sauce, namely pasta.

In a separate bowl mix 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of flour then poured into the pan. Add salt to taste, spices (mine is only black pepper and bay leaf). A track can be put and capelin.

important factor: Put the fish in the pan, not as horrible, and bellies down. So capelin does not fall apart during cooking. If you think a little water, then add a little more.

Capelin simmer over moderate heat, covered, for 20-25 minutes. Serve with potatoes, rice or other side dish. On top of the fish, you can sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit, my dear!
