So, take the chicken weighing about 2 kg. Remove the skin, cut into pieces and separate the meat from the bones. I usually tidy up the bones in the freezer and use them later for cooking broth.
The meat cut into small pieces. Adding salt - 1 tablespoon black pepper to taste. You can also optionally add any other spices that you like.
Thoroughly mix the meat with salt and spices and remove in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
