Stuffed cabbage with mushrooms

Ingredients:

500 gr. mushroom
onion
2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
1 cup of cooked rice
salt
pepper
Bay leaf
water
vegetable oil
head of cabbage

Preparation:

1. Cabbage disassemble on the leaves, boil them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then remove and allow to drain fluid.
2. Mushrooms and onions, cut into strips. Fry all vegetable oil until golden brown. Add salt and season with pepper.
3. Mix rice with fried mushrooms.
4. On each leaf cabbage lay 2-3 tablespoons filling and wrap it in the envelope.
5. Stuffed fry in oil, and then put out with tomato paste in a small amount of water. Sauce salt to taste, season with pepper and add the bay leaf.

Cabbage rolls with sausage

Ingredients:

200 gr. sausages
2 eggs
2 slices white bread
salt
pepper
tomato paste
water
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Bread and sausage mince, add egg, salt and pepper. Knead stuffing.
2. Separated from the large head of cabbage and whole leaves. Scald water leaves, acidified with vinegar.
3. Minced split into leaves and roll envelope.


5. Fry to stuffed vegetable oil.
6. Add to skillet tomato paste and a little hot water, simmer under the lid closed.

Sarmi (Bulgarian stuffed)

Ingredients:

250 gr. ground pork
250 gr. ground beef
0.5 cup of rice
1 bunch green
onion
vegetable oil
butter
salt
pepper
paprika
mint
yogurt
cabbage or grape leaves

Preparation:

1. Bow clean, crush and fried in oil. Then mix with paprika.
2. Add the onions to the ground meat, rice, pepper, mint and chopped greens. Pour all hot salty water and extinguish as long as the rice will absorb all the water.
3. Scald cabbage leaves. Put on each sheet teaspoon hot filling.
4. Collapse leaves in dense-stuffed envelopes and put in a saucepan. Add 3/2 cup of water and a little vegetable oil.
5. Simmer stuffed cabbage on medium heat under the lid closed.
6. Lightly beaten yogurt, add the softened butter and season with paprika.

Apply to prepared hot stuffed cabbage.
