You can bake pies or make a large pie with cabbage, potatoes, apples, mushrooms, herbs or berries - you can even from the simplest lean dough. Baking comes out like fluff!
The recipe is below.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. l. dry yeast
5 cups flour
1 hour l. topless salt
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
2 cups warm water
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Sift the flour twice. Mix with sugar and salt.
2. Pour yeast into flour and pour in vegetable oil.
3. Pour warm water into the flour mixture in parts, stirring the mass with a spoon.
4. Continue pouring water and kneading the dough, now with your hands.
5. Cover the finished dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. Sit down the dough that has come up and let it rise again.
6. Now, as with any dough: cut it into pieces and you can sculpt pies with any filling.
Pies from this dough are prepared in two ways - fried in oil on both sides or baked in the oven.
To make the baked pies ruddy, they need to be greased with sweet or salted water.
