I cook the chops already 5 years, and each time I am surprised how much it's delicious! Highly recommend this recipe, chops obtained incredible tasty, soft, gentle. Yes, and quickly prepared, in general, take a prescription for a note :)
Ingredients:
liver
bulb onions
eggs
flour
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
Liver (about 500g), cut into pieces a la carte, not too thin. Each piece put in a regular plastic bag and repulse. Just not much batter liver - this is not the meat, it should be softer to handle :) To salt until you need it!
In a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden fried 2 onions, shredded half-rings. Then remove from the pan into a bowl.
2 egg whisk fork with a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl pour the flour.
Each piece of liver rolled in flour, then egg in Macau, then again in flour and egg again. Spread on the pan and fry in vegetable oil for approximately 2 minutes. Fire strong.
Then we turn over the chops, season with salt to taste, pepper, spread the roasted onions, diminish the fire and cook, covered for about 5 minutes. Delicious steaks from the liver in batter ready! Serve them with any garnish. Bon appetit, my dear!
