I want to share a recipe for a delicious and easy appetizer of eggplant. We will do rolls with filling. This is an excellent option as a snack for each day, as well as for the festive table. Be sure to write down the recipe, it is useful to you :)
Ingredients:
eggplant
cheese
garlic
mayonnaise
greens
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
So, for the preparation of these rolls, we need 1 large eggplant or 2 small. Cut into thin plates (not need to remove the peel), sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes.
During this time, the bitterness of the eggplant leaves and you can start cooking. Remove the excess liquid with a paper towel aubergine, pepper to taste. Then fry them on both sides in vegetable oil.
Now prepare the stuffing. Cut into small bundle of herbs. Take any which like. I prefer to use in this recipe only dill.
Add 2-3 cloves of garlic (or to taste), extruded through the press or grated on a fine grater. Also, add 100 grams of grated cheese.
Put 1-1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise, stir and filling is ready. I do not add salt to the filling, because the cheese and mayonnaise is already salty.
Now we need paper towels to remove excess oil with eggplant, they should not be too fat. Well, you can lay out the filling and wrap rolls.
