Before you start to cook, I have a little note: filling for the pie can be absolutely any optionally stuffing. You can use mushrooms, ham, sausages, cheese + sausage, vegetables, etc.
Prepare the filling for the pie. Mix 300 g of minced meat (any, but I like most of the pork and beef) and 1 onion, cut into small cubes. Salt, pepper to taste - filling is ready. Optionally, you can add a little chopped greens.
Now we will prepare the dough for our cake. Mix 1 cup of yogurt and half teaspoon of baking soda. Stir well and leave for 5 minutes.
Further adding to kefir 2 eggs, sex teaspoon salt. Then, put 1 cup of the flour and knead the dough.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, sprinkle lightly with flour or semolina. Put the dough half, spread the filling on top of the mince and onion and then the remainder of the test.
Sprinkle grated cheese (it takes approximately 50-70gr) and send it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. After 35-40 minutes, the cake is ready. From above you can sprinkle with herbs and serve. Bon appetit, my dear!
