Ingredients:

meat
garlic
salt
water
spice

In this recipe, it is very important to comply with the entire sequence of cooking, so read in its entirety, to miss nothing and does not make mistakes.

So we need a good piece of meat (sirloin or neck, if you love bacon).

We prepare the brine. The pan is poured 3 liters of water, put 500g salt. Once the salt is dissolved and boils - switch off the fire and allowed to cool to room temperature brine. Put into it a piece of meat (previously well washed) and leave it right on the table, in the refrigerator clean is not necessary for 1 day!

Now take out the meat, wipe it wipes to remove excess moisture.

Then my favorite - is to rub a piece of a variety of spices. I use a head of garlic and pepper. You can take a paprika, parsley, cumin, and in general, any spices you like.
