This meat dish like absolutely everyone! Nests filled out very tasty, juicy, I like them even more than any of cutlets. By the way, this is an excellent option for a holiday table, be sure that your guests will appreciate.

Ingredients:

minced meat
bulb onions
eggs
cheese
sour cream
greens
salt
pepper / spice
bread
milk
vegetable oil

We will need about 1 kg of minced meat of any. I like to use a version of pork + beef.

Add to mince 1 chopped onion, salt to taste, add black pepper and any other spices that are popular. Then add the minced meat to one slice of bread or bread soaked in milk.

Thoroughly mix the stuffing. Then make small balls therefrom (as croquettes), spread on a baking form or baking, greased.

Each meat balls in the middle need to make a hole to get a "nest" for the filling.

By the way, a good time and do it. Mix in a bowl 2 eggs, fennel beam milled (or any other greens), put 200 g of sour cream and 150 grated cheese. Mix and spread the stuffing in the "nest".

Additionally, you can also top with grated cheese. Cooking in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with any side dish. Bon appetit, my dear!

If you liked the recipe - for sale, Like. You do not make it difficult, but very important to me, because I spend a lot of time and energy on the channel, I try for you. Thanks!
