ATTENTION: recipe is for 5 1-liter cans.
We will need 3 kg of cucumbers. We cut them into slices.
0.5 kg of carrots Grate for Korean carrots
Cut into strips 0.5 kg of pepper. Shinkuem bow - also 0.5 kg.
We grind a clove of garlic, finely cut one pod of hot pepper (remove seeds).
So the ingredients prepared, and now we add them all together in a suitable container, add 2 tablespoons salt, 5 tablespoons of sugar. Pour 150 ml of 9% vinegar and 150 ml of vegetable oil. Optionally, you can add ground black pepper and a little seasoning for Korean salads.
Vegetables carefully mix and leave for 2.5-3 hours to marinate. By the way, it is possible to delay a little and have a chat as a salad of fresh vegetables - delicious!
Then decompose marinated vegetables dry sterilized jars. Now place the jars in a large pot or other container, pre-need to lay a towel on the bottom. Pour into water (did not reach to the neck of the cans), and preparing our Korean lettuce for 30 minutes.
