Ingredients:

green tomatoes
carrot
Sweet pepper

salt
vegetable oil
Vinegar 70%

We will need 2 kg of tomatoes. Need is green, those that are not ripe in the garden. They give the salad sharp little taste, but the salad made without garlic and hot pepper. Tomatoes cut into pieces randomly.

2 kg of carrots grate (for large or Korean carrot). You can also finely chop sticks with a knife.
