We are making a preform for borscht jars for the winter. You know, then how convenient! Just 20-30 minutes, and delicious soup is ready! Very time-saving!

Ingredients for the filling:

beet
carrot
bow
tomatoes
pepper (sweet)
salt
sugar
vegetable oil
9% vinegar

Getting to the preparation of filling. 3 kg of beets grate. Also Grate 1 kg of carrots.

Cut into small cubes 1 kg of onion, tomato 1 kg and 1 kg of sweet peppers.

Shift the comminuted vegetable in a suitable container, e.g., a large pot or bowl. Pour 1 cup of vegetable oil. Mix and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes after boiling.

Then add 125 ml of vinegar 9% (it helps to keep bright saturated red refueling and then borscht), 3 tablespoons sugar and salt to taste (therefore try). I put sugar is also about 3 tablespoons.

Simmer for 10 minutes and immediately decompose on dry sterilized jars. From said amounts of ingredients I obtained usually 12 jars filling volume of 0.5 liters. If you have a lot or a little on the contrary, change the aspect ratio.

If you want you can put in the filling minced garlic to taste.
