Delicious, flavorful chicken will decorate the holiday table! One of my favorite recipes, always turns out! And the guests more then beg for the recipe. So take a note, it is useful after all!
Preparation:
Take chicken, rub it with oil, orange peel one, as well as salt and pepper. Reserve.
Prepare the marinade. In saucepan, mix 1 teaspoon of vinegar 9%, juice of 2 oranges, 40 g sugar, 2 teaspoons of honey, a pinch of cumin and coriander. Herewith marinade to the boil and cook to simmer for 30 minutes. Stir the marinade from time to time.
Now daubed chicken orange glaze and put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. As soon as the top will be golden brown, diminish the temperature to 170 degrees and bring to readiness. In general, the roasting chicken will take about an hour.
Chicken during baking time periodically pour orange glaze and juice which is released during cooking. Bon Appetit!
