Preparation:

1 kg of potatoes clean and cook until tender. Then carefully mash and cool for a little bit. In a warm, but not hot mashed trying to drive 3 eggs, put on your taste salt and freshly ground black pepper. You can even put a small bulb, which must be pre-fry in vegetable oil or butter.

Now take a baking dish and grease well with butter. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs (2-3 tablespoons) and spread the mashed potatoes.

Now sprinkle potatoes grated cheese, 150 g. Put on top of the cheese sausage, sliced ​​into slices having a thickness of about 1.5 cm. We will need 3-4 sausages.
