I continue the theme zakatok. Today I will share with you a recipe for borscht winter as it makes my mom.

Delicious soup - is almost ready!

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of cabbage
1 kg of beet (burgundy)
1 kg of onion
1 kg of carrots
1 jar of good tomato paste (380 gr.)
1 cup vegetable oil
Article 1.5. l. salt with a small slide

2 tbsp. l. sugar without slides
4 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar
2 medium heads of garlic
1 cup water
1 h. l. ground black pepper
10 peas allspice
1 tbsp. l. mixtures of herbs (dill, parsley, basil)
4 things. leafs
1 parsley root or stem 3 with green celery (optional)

Preparation:

1. Wash and clean all vegetables and roots.

2. Carrots, beets grate.

3. Onions cut into cubes.

4. Cabbage chop, pour 0.5 Art. l. salt, stir gently rub his hands.

5. In a saucepan put the carrots and beets, pour a glass of water, stir and leave to stew.

6. After 10 minutes, add cabbage, stir and continue to simmer.

7. In separate bowl fried in vegetable oil until golden brown onions.


Garlic peel and chop finely or put through a press. Lay out the bow. There also pour pepper and shredded parsley.

Parsley or celery is not obligatory ingredients, but borsch with them more spicy and flavorful. Oh, so good that all are asked to supplement.

8. Put out the contents of the pan in vegetable oil 1/3.

Put in a pan, pot is very good tomato paste, stir and let it fry a little.

9. Fried shift in a bowl, which extinguished all major vegetables.

10. Top up the remaining oil, cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking another half an hour.

11. Almost finished soup needed salt and season with sugar. Add bell pepper, dried herbs and bay leaf.

10 minutes before turning off the fire - pour the vinegar and stir.

12. Banks previously sterilized, boiled lids. Fill hot sterile beams - boiling soup and immediately roll.

13. Spun banks boiled lids, and then turned upside down on the paper and cover blanket.

Leave for a day, and then make a deposit.
