I try a new recipe for interesting snacks. The dish turns out very colorful, but no less tasty. A good way to make the holiday table bright and cheerful. Highly recommend!

Preparation:

First we cook 5 eggs. Then cool, clean and cut into halves. Remove the egg yolks in a separate bowl and mash with a fork properly. We also need 1 boiled beets. Finely cut or rub it. Fill a liter of boiling water. Egg whites put the company beets and wait an hour. This will allow to acquire an unusual bright color.

In the meantime, take a herring fillets, cut off 10 small strips. The rest of the ground in a blender and then mix it with egg yolks and sour cream - it should be 2 tablespoons. Sour cream can be replaced with natural yoghurt. Add half the lemon juice and finely chopped dill. Add the salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Our filling is ready. It turns bright yellow. Remove the stuffing in the refrigerator. In the meantime, we obtain from the juice proteins obsushivayut and put on a dish. Put the beef, herring and decorate with pieces of leaves of fennel. Bon Appetit!
