I continue the theme of blanks for the winter. Today will tell you how I cook the eggs with mushrooms. The recipe is old, so do even my grandmother, so that boldly declare that the recipe for the test of time and more than one generation.
What is needed for caviar:
mushrooms
carrot
bow
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
9% vinegar
This caviar I like most of chanterelles. But you may well use other mushrooms - mushrooms, wild mushrooms and other. It will also be very tasty.
1 kg of mushroom need. Grind of any convenient way: through a meat grinder, blender, or using a knife.
Simmer mushrooms for one hour with 50 ml of vegetable oil. From time to time to stir the mushrooms.
In a separate pan fried in vegetable oil (50 ml) a powdered onion and carrot 1, grated on the finest grater. When will the hour allotted for stewed mushrooms, we shift onions and carrots to the mushrooms.
Salt to taste (I put about half a teaspoon), pepper and a little cook about 20 minutes. For a couple of minutes until cooked add 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
Hot eggs expanded in sterilized jars and rolls. Caviar is ready, bon appetit, my friends!
