So, what will need:
Borodino bread
Raisins
Honey
Water
Sugar
Yeast
One loaf of bread Borodino cut slices and dried in the oven - we need biscuits. If they are even a little Bree - do not worry. Instead of Borodino, you can use any other rye bread.
Now we take 1 cup lukewarm water, put 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoonful of dry yeast and stir until dissolution is complete Honey.
Take some large container such as a bucket or pan, put crackers, 1 cup of sugar, 30 grams of raisins, and fill with water. Water need 5 liters. Leave for half an hour.
Then pour the water with honey and yeast mix, cover with gauze or cloth and remove in a warm place.
After 1-2 days kvass is ready. The exact cooking time is hard to say, it all depends on the temperature, so it must be periodically try. If the taste of sweet - it means, is not yet ready. If sour - ready, but again, the concept of "sour" at all of their own, so try.
Well and still brew filter and you can drink. Brew store in the fridge.
