cucumbers - 1 kg
green apples - 2-3 medium size pieces
Garlic - 4 cloves
salt - 2 tablespoons
water - 1 liter

black pepper - 8 peas
cherry leaves, currant, horseradish - on a couple of pieces

STEP 1

First, prepare the cucumbers - cut off the ends. Apples cut into 4 pieces, remove the core with the seeds. Garlic is cleared.

STEP 2

Make a brine. In saucepan pour water, adding salt and boil.

STEP 3

While the brine is boiled in a bank or some other suitable container laid leaves of horseradish, currants and cherries. Add the fennel, garlic and pea black pepper. We laid on top of cucumbers and apples.

STEP 4

Fill hot brine, leaving on the table at room temperature. Once cooled down - close the jar and put them in the refrigerator for exactly one day.
