Today, I cook meatballs in the troubles. Frankly, honestly, I love them more than burgers, and therefore cook more often. Recently, I cook just for this recipe and the whole family is happy.

The ingredients that we need:

Minced meat - 600 gr
Onion - 1 pc
Carrots - 1 pc
egg - 1 pc
rice - 2 tablespoons
tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
salt
pepper / spice
greens

STEP 1

Within 10 minutes cook rice. I will cook it a bit before adding to the stuffing. Why do it, because rice and so it will be ready in the course of preparation of meatballs? The answer is simple: if we put the stuffing in rice directly from the pack, at the time of cooking it will absorb the liquid and meatballs will turn out dry.

STEP 2

Mix the minced meat (I have in this case beef), half of the chopped onion, egg, cooled rice, salt and pepper. Add some grated carrot on a fine grater.

STEP 3

Wet hands form the meatballs, and spread on a pan, pouring a little water on the bottom. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.

STEP 4

Prepare the sauce. Mix the second half of the bulb, carrots, grated, tomato paste and one glass of water. A little salt, stir and pour the sauce meatballs. Simmer over medium heat for 40-45 minutes.

If the water boils, add a little more. Serve meatballs with any garnish sprinkled on top of greens. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
