Delicious, juicy meatballs in tomato sauce. Unrealistic delicious! Ready to eat them all the time, ready in five times - and yet not bored :))
Ingredients:
White fish fillets (I usually pollock and cod)
Tomato juice - 250 ml
Bread - 2-3 pieces
Milk for soaking bread
Carrots - 1 pc
Onions - 2 pcs
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Eggs - 1 pc
Salt, spices for the fish to taste
Herbs to taste
Vegetable oil
Fish fillets cut into slices and mince. Add the bread, pre-soaked for 5-10 minutes in milk.
Now put in the fish mince one chopped onion (or it is also possible to mince), salt, pepper, add any spices, and trying to drive the egg. The resulting minced leave for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a pan with a little butter put a second bulb, cut into cubes or half-rings, grated carrot on a coarse grater and tomato juice.
Salt, pepper, add a little greenery. If there is no tomato juice, tomato paste replace (2-3 tablespoons) and add water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Forming balls of minced meat (meatballs) and placed in a baking dish. Fill the sauce and close the foil shape. Bake fish croquettes in the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature 200gradusov. Bon appetite!
