Recently I came across a very interesting recipe. In this book the author describes this drink orange juice, but it's still not the juice, and lemonade.
Ingredients:
4 oranges
sugar - 1 kg
water - 9 liters
citric acid - 30 g
Oranges pour over boiling water, wipe dry and put them in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Then cut into smaller pieces and mince with the skin.
Oranges Fill with 3 liters of water and leave it for 40-60 minutes. Now we need to drain the liquid to get rid of large pieces. I use this cheesecloth, folded in several layers, and then sieve.
The orange-strained water add additional 6 liters of water, sugar and citric acid. Stir and poured into bottles or cans. After an hour and a half orange lemonade ready.
If 9 liters of orange drink much for you, then just reduce in proportion to the number of ingredients.
