I suggest you do not buy more ketchup in the store, and cook it yourself at home. The main ingredient - the tomato paste. Rather, write a prescription, not to lose

Ingredients for homemade ketchup:

tomato paste - 500g
Water - 4 cups
salt - 1 tbsp
sugar - half cup
mustard (powder) - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 9% - 3 tablespoons
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
ground black pepper to taste
red hot pepper to taste
bay leaf - 1 pc
dried herbs minced - 2 teaspoons
Onion - 1 pc

Mix tomato paste and water, stir until uniform and put on the plate. Fire strong.

Add the finely chopped onion, salt, sugar. Bring to boil and diminish the heat to a minimum. Simmer 5 minutes.

Then add the black pepper and red, as well as dried herbs. Pour 2 tablespoons vinegar and simmer under the lid closed for 40 minutes.

Then put bay leaves, garlic, mustard and simmer sauce another 5 minutes. Then remove the bay leaf, pour another 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Now ketchup expanded in sterilized jars and rolls.

As such, the ketchup may be stored for a long time. And if you plan to use it in the near future, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
