Ingredients for this appetizer:
Meat (beef) - 500g
Cucumbers - 2-3 pc
Bell peppers (sweet) - 1 pc
Garlic - 3 cloves
Onion - 1 pc
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
Vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons
Coriander to taste
Red pepper pungent taste
Cucumbers cut into thin slices 3-4 cm long. Add salt, sugar and leave for 20 minutes. After merge with cucumber resulting liquid. Cucumbers can be a little squeeze.
Now very thin strips 3-5 cm long cut beef in a frying pan and fried in vegetable oil. Once the liquid has evaporated, add the onions, sliced rings, floor and soy sauce. Simmer all together 7 minutes.
Mix cucumbers and hot beef with onions. Add the bell pepper, chopped straw. Put a garlic, sugar, coriander, red pepper and vinegar.
