A total of 30 minutes and a delicious lunch or dinner is ready! Take the recipe for the record, he will rescue you when there is little time for cooking, and the family wants to eat :))) A minimum of ingredients, but the result is not worse than in the restaurant!

Ingredients:

Pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine-on your choice) - 400g
Mushrooms - 400g
Cheese - 150gr
Butter - 70 gr
Garlic - 3 cloves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Herbs to taste
Olive (sunflower) oil

Mushrooms cut into pieces and send them to the pan, which is already warmed up the olive oil and butter (1 tablespoon). Fry the mushrooms until golden. For a couple of minutes until cooked add the chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.

While fried mushrooms cook pasta until tender (according to written instructions on the package). Recline the pasta in a colander, add the remaining butter, stir.

We shift the pasta to the mushrooms, add grated cheese, stir and hold a few minutes under the lid closed until the cheese melts.

Or another option: do not mix in the pan, and decompose the pasta on plates, put the mushrooms on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. From above, you can still add the greens.
