Crème caramel baked milk for cakes, pancakes and other desserts

Delicious, delicate cream that perfectly complement any dessert, be it cakes, pancakes or something else. You can simply spread on bread, it is also very delicious! The recipe is simple, just three ingredients. Write down or save, it is useful also!

Preparation:

To prepare the cream will need 100g of dates. We fill them with boiling water and leave for 20-30 minutes. We need to make them soft. Once the specified time has elapsed, remove the pits from dates and stalk, if any.

Now put in the blender and turn it on dates. Gradually (rotated) in small portions pouring 100 milliliters of warm milk and 70 ml of cream.

Baked milk I cook by yourself in the oven, leave the recipe below. And I recommend to take the cream fat content of 10%.

Beat cream until smooth. We use for any of desserts and pastries. The cream can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
