Cheese soup with mushrooms. Quick and tasty

Delicious, simple soup, which I often cook lately. It is easy to prepare, the ingredients are all available and inexpensive, well, very tasty! Heartily recommend you the recipe for this soup.

Ingredients:

mushrooms - 7 pcs (not small)
broccoli - 200g
Carrots - 1 pc
Onion - 1 pc
Potatoes - 1-2 pcs
processed cheese - 150g
salt, pepper, herbs to taste
vegetable oil

Mushrooms cut into slices and place in a pan with vegetable oil. Adding to the champignon onion, grated carrot, pepper. Fry over medium heat until cooked mushrooms.

In a pot of boiling water put potatoes, diced. Add salt to taste. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Then put into the pan with the mushrooms with vegetables, add the cream cheese. Recommend the use of cream cheese like "Hochland" and "President", they are very easy to dissolve in the soup, the soup gets a nice creamy flavor. This is not advertising, but my recommendation.

Then send in soup broccoli, herbs to taste and cook until tender yet broccoli and until then, until the cheese is completely dissolved.
