Therefore, I propose to try to make very juicy boiled pork without an oven at all, and we will cook it in a saucepan with water.
And no, it will not be boiled meat.
Ingredients:
1.5 kg pork neck
5 cloves of garlic
black pepper
salt
vegetable oil
Bay leaf
How to cook:
1. We peel the garlic and cut into thin slices, then roll it in a mixture of salt and pepper.
2. Make punctures in the meat and immediately stuff our spicy garlic into this puncture.
3. Heat 3 tbsp in a pan. l. vegetable oil and fry the neck over high heat on each side for two to three minutes.
4. Transfer the meat from the pan to the pan. Pour boiling water three centimeters above the pork so that the water only slightly covers the meat.
5. Add a couple of bay leaves, you can also throw sweet peas and cloves if you want.
6. Put the pan on the stove and over medium heat, simmer the meat under the lid for 1.5 hours with a slight boil.
Important! You cannot get ready meat right away. He needs to be allowed to cool directly in a saucepan with broth.
And only after that you can take it out, dry it a little on napkins, cover it with a mixture of paprika with aromatic spices and... start tasting the most tender, very juicy boiled pork.
