Grandma's recipe of delicious cakes with bacon and garlic. Mmmm, yummy, Yum! Be sure to try, I'm sure you will like it! Write down the recipe, so as not to lose, it's very simple.

Ingredients for cakes:

Yeast dough (any)
Garlic
Fat
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

The amount of ingredients not specified, it all depends on the amount of dough. I often make these cakes when left too much dough. Well do not throw out :)) universal yeast dough recipe I leave below, at the very end.

Prepare the filling for cakes. Salo mince together with garlic. Adding salt to taste, pepper, stir.

The dough is rolled out into a layer having a thickness of not more than 1 cm. Put the stuffing on top of the bacon and garlic, flatten with a spoon and turn rolls.

Roll cut into pieces 3-4 cm wide. Rolled in flour, a little pressed down by hand or using a rolling pin, making circular cakes.
