Hearty, nice and very tasty obtained preform winter beans. Try it yourself! A complete meal in the bank is ready, simply preheat.

Salad with mushrooms and beans for the winter

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of mushroom
1 kg of red beans
3 kg of tomatoes
1.5 kg of carrots
3 pcs. onions
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
200 ml of vegetable oil
0.5% vinegar cup 6
6 peas allspice
Article 2.5. l. salt without slides

Preparation:
1. Soak the beans in advance in cold water, preferably overnight.
Further, it should be boiled until tender in salted water.
2. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices or chunks comfortable.

3. Onions chop into cubes or thin half-rings.
4. Slightly fried mushrooms and onions in butter in a frying pan (3-5 minutes), together with residues of oil put into the pan.

5. They add beans, peeled the skin and minced tomatoes, pepper, salt, grated coarsely grated carrots (you can rub in Korean), sugar, butter and mix well.

6. Put stew lettuce at low heat for about 40 minutes.

7. For 10 minutes until cooked pour vinegar.

8. Decomposed salad sterilized jars, tightly roll up, turn and wrap up, leave to cool for 24 hours.

Bean salad in the winter with eggplant

Ingredients:

1 kg of red beans
1 kg of tomatoes
1 kg eggplant
10 cloves of garlic
1 kg peppers (sweet thick)
3 tbsp. l. sugar without top
3 tbsp. l. coarse salt with a little slide
Article 1.5. vegetable oil
100 ml of 9% vinegar

Preparation:
1. Wash beans and soak for 10-12 hours. The water is then replaced and boil until half the beans in salted water.
2. Clean out the seeds from the peppers and cut into large strips.
3. Eggplants washed, cut into thick plate and dipped in salted water at 3 hour.

4. Remove the eggplant from water, cut into large cubes and sprinkle with salt.
5. Tomatoes cut into pieces smaller or mince.

6. Garlic is passed through the press and mix with tomato weight.
7. Season Tomato sauce with salt, sugar and sweet peas crushed.
8. Put sauce on medium heat and bring to a boil, boil 5 minutes, without giving much weight to bubble.

9. Put in pepper sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes therein.
10. Next, place the eggplant and beans.
11. Salad stew about 30-35 minutes under the lid.
12. Five minutes before the end of cooking pour vinegar. Bring a salad until ready to decompose and almost bubbling into sterile banks. Immediately roll up, turn upside down, to hide their warm blanket. Leave for a day and then make a deposit.

Classic salad with beans for the winter with tomatoes and peppers

Ingredients:

1 kg of white beans
2.5 kg of tomatoes

1 kg of carrots
1 kg of colored peppers
4 large bulbs of onion
0.5 liters vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar with a slide
1,5-2 Art. l. salt
1 h. l. black peppercorns
5 peas allspice
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar

Preparation:

1. Peppers cleaned of seeds and partitions, cut into strips.
2. With tomato peel, chop the tomatoes into cubes.
3. Onions and carrots cleaned. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots and grate with large divisions.

4. All the vegetables are put into the pot. Add salt, pepper, sugar, bay leaf and butter.
Stir, bring to the boil. Close the bowl with a lid and leave to stew on low heat for about an hour.

5. Pour the vinegar, stir and continue to cook for another hour, stirring every 10 minutes of fat, so the vegetables do not stick to the bottom.

6. Sterilized jars and lids convenient way.
7. Decomposed to prepare a salad of banks under the same neck, roll up, turn the container, covered on all sides with a blanket and leave the room for a day.

Next, remove the deposit.
