Recipe:

fillet meat -900g

onion -1 pc

carrots -1 pc

prunes -200g

bulgarian pepper -1pc

water -400ml

salt -1 / 2 tsp

soy sauce -3 tbsp

pepper mixture - to taste

vegetable oil -4 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

And so the preparation is very simple.
We will cut the meat like goulash, I have a pork neck, by weight I have 900 grams. Wash prunes 200 grams and cut into 3 parts.

Cut 1 bell pepper into strips, cut the onion into strips.
Grate carrots for Korean carrots.
We take a multicooker pan, put everything in layers and do not mix. Pour 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil on the bottom, put the meat, onion in the second layer, Bulgarian pepper in the third layer, carrots in the fourth layer, prunes in the fifth layer.

Pour 400 ml of water, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce into a bowl, add black pepper to taste, add half a teaspoon of salt. Mix and pour the meat, put the pan in a slow cooker. Since I am now leaving on business and I need to get ready for dinner, I set a delayed start, select the extinguishing function, the time is 1.5 hours.

This is how the finished meat looks like, we serve it to the table, add a side dish if desired.
The meat turns out to be the most tender and delicious. I recommend cooking.
