Homemade cheese with mushrooms

Unreal yummy! Be sure to try and stop you buy cheese in the store. It turns out very tasty, I recommend heartily this recipe!

What you will need:

cottage cheese - 500gr
fungi (mushrooms) -200gr
Salt - 1 tsp no slides
Soda - 1 tsp no slides
Eggs - 2 pcs
sour cream - 3 tablespoons
herbs to taste (optional)
vegetable oil for frying mushrooms

First, a few words about the cottage cheese and sour cream. They should be bold, in the ideal home of village cows. But if you buy a real cottage cheese and sour cream is not possible, then buy in the store, just choose fatter. Instead of sour cream can take good butter (about 80 grams)

Mix all ingredients except mushrooms and greens. With immersion blender mix until uniform.

Now the weight of the curd put in a water bath and boil for approximately 15 minutes. The mass melts and becomes homogeneous. If suddenly something does not work (does not melt, not a homogeneous consistency), then use the blender again and again in a water bath. Cook until until the mixture is smooth.

Mushrooms finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Greens grind.

Remove the molten curd mass with plate, add mushrooms, herbs, stir and decompose on the jars. Leave to cool, and then remove in the refrigerator.
