Greetings, dear readers! Today will tell you how I cook a delicious sauce "Tartar". Delicious with fish and seafood. You can also apply to meat, poultry, vegetables - in general, almost anything.
Ingredients:
mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
sour cream - 3 tablespoons
mustard - 2 teaspoons
egg yolk (boiled) - 2-3 pieces
pickled cucumber - 1 small or half
pepper, salt - to taste
I'm not a professional chef and an ordinary housewife, so do not pretend to cook this sauce. I have a home version of the sauce "Tartar", so do not judge strictly.
Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise, add the mustard. I take the mustard 2 teaspoons, but you can put on the flavor - more or less.
Add the boiled egg yolks, crumbled into small chips. Put pickled cucumber, grated on a fine grater. I also add a pinch of black pepper. If the sauce to your taste turned unsalted, add a little salt.
