Preparation:
So, take one large enough pub, but not overripe. Cut into rings, without cutting the skin. The thickness of the rings about half a centimeter.
Now carefully remove the core with a spoon or a knife with a seeds. We've got rings of zucchini, put them on a baking sheet, greased with the most common vegetable oil.
Now in each well put the minced meat. Put it in salt, favorite spices, herbs, chopped onions.
Top grease stuffed zucchini with oil. It is very convenient for this use a special silicone brush. You can sprinkle cheese on top, but this is optional.
