I have this year a lot of strawberries, so I decided to prepare it for the winter, frayed with sugar. It turns out fantastically tasty, but what flavor! Mmmm... Resist such delicacy it is impossible!
Preparation:
We actually need only two ingredients - it's strawberries and sugar. 1: 1 ratio. The berries are sorted out, my, remove the stalk and spread on paper towels. Slightly obsushivayut strawberries.
Then grind berry puree with homogeneous state using a blender. If your kitchen blender was not, then skip the berries through a meat grinder or chop their usual tolkushkoy, which is used for mashed potatoes.
Now add the sugar. It is best to take the sugar finely ground, it dissolves better and faster.
Stir to dissolve sugar and decompose immediately on dry jars. preliminarily sterilize Banks.
Strawberry puree does not decompose up to the top. Leave about 2 cm to top. Now top sypem sugar, a layer about 1 cm or a little more. Do not stir, we leave the right way! Sugar on top need to strawberries not deteriorated. And yet! Store the jar in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
