Today we will prepare homemade egg noodles. My family just loves it. Be sure to cook the noodles for this recipe and you will forget about shopping!
Preparation:
Whisk whisk two eggs with a pinch of salt. Then add the flour and knead the dough.
How to take the flour? As to a stiff dough. The amount depends on the size of eggs and flour quality. If you find the flour from durum wheat (the one that is just used for pasta) will be perfect!
It is important to properly promeshat dough, that there are no lumps. We need a uniform texture.
Then divide the resulting dough into 4 parts. Roll out thin circles and their little dried. It is very convenient to dry the dough on the back of a chair, but do not desiccate
Now we turn sheeted layers of straw and with a sharp knife cut into like this:
Basically noodles ready and you can already cook. And if you want to prepare a reserve, then first dried noodles, then we shift to the banks or other containers.
