I want to share with you a recipe for the original and incredibly delicious salad with salted salmon. This salad is not on every day, so it's perfect for the holiday table.
Preparation:

Us for "Salmon on a fur coat," one must first cook vegetables - one large beet, two potatoes, one large carrot. Also, in a separate pan boil 3 eggs.
When the vegetables are ready and cooled, assemble the salad. First layer - shredded beet. Then top lubricates mayonnaise and cream sauce (1: 1 ratio). Incidentally, each layer of sauce promazyvayut.
Second layer - carrots. Third - potatoes. Fourth - onions (you will need one medium onion, cut it very finely). Fifth layer - eggs.
The sixth layer - chopped pieces salted salmon. From above, you can decorate the egg white salad greens.
We send the resulting salad for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, so that it properly soaked. I do not add salt to the salad.
