STRAWBERRY FILLING FOR FLAN

  • After stabilizing, transfer the dough to the mold.

Put the mold in the refrigerator along with the dough and preheat the oven to 175 ° C degrees.

  • Take out the mold, put parchment on the dough and put a load, such as beans, inside.
  • Send the form with the dough to the oven for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, take out the form, remove the weight and let the base cool down.

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C degrees.

  • Stir the filling and place on the base.

This berry flan is baked at a high temperature of 220 ° C degrees. If your oven is aggressive, then it is better to leave 210 ° C degrees.

Bake for about 25 minutes.
