Such a delicious and beautiful dish is perfect as a hot meal for a festive table, or for a family dinner. Preparing such a recipe is easy and simple, but it turns out well, very tasty! Highly recommend!:)

Ingredients
- 9-10 pcs Bulgarian pepper
- 700 gr Minced meat
- 100 gr Rice (boiled until half cooked)
- 2 pcs Onions - (medium size)
- 1 pc Carrot - (average size)
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- 2 pcs Fresh tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Volume paste
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 400 ml Water
- 50 gr Cheese
- to taste Salt, pepper, parsley
- ~ 3 tablespoons Rust oil for frying
Steps
Finely chop the garlic and onion, rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut fresh tomatoes into large cubes.
Preparing the fill. Put the garlic in a frying pan with sunflower oil, lightly fry and spread the chopped onions and carrots.
Next, we remove 1/3 of the frying for minced meat, and add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste to the rest.
Stir, salt and pepper to taste. Add flour and water, stir so that there are no lumps. Add herbs and spices as desired, cook for another 2-3 minutes and turn off.
Add some of the fried vegetables to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste and add rice, boiled until half cooked. Stir, minced meat is ready.
Cut the peppers at the base of the stalk, take out the seeds and partitions. Stuff with minced meat, put in a mold and fill with gravy. Cover with foil and cook in the oven until tender.
10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil and sprinkle with cheese, send it back to the oven until the cheese is browned. The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table!
