Green beans with carrots in Korean for the winter: harvesting juicy and interesting snack

Pretty good recipe for those who like sharp little and spicy. Harvesting goes on hurray under strong drinks.

Ingredients:

1 kg green beans
0.5 kg of carrots
8 cloves garlic
2 bags spice mixtures carrot Korean
8 Art. l. vegetable oil
Article 3.5. l. Sahara
1.5 hours. l. salt
4 tbsp. l. 6% vinegar
5 sprigs of dill
3 sprigs of cilantro (for amateurs, so not necessarily)

Preparation:

1. Sort out and wash the beans. Cut off the tough ends, can be cut into pieces of 3-5 cm.

2. Share beans in the pot, add 0.5 liters of water and bring to boil. Boil for exactly 5 minutes.

3. Carrots clean and wash. Grate (better special) is very long and thin strips.

4. Chop finely washed dill and cilantro if desired.

5. Boiled green beans in a colander recline or sieve. Once the water has drained, immediately shift into a clean pot or bowl.

6. By the beans add the grated carrots and mix everything.

7. Season beans and carrot salt and sugar, add to the mixture spices carrots in Korean.

8. Pour in the vinegar and add the workpiece passed through the press garlic cloves. This also put finely chopped greens.

Mix all to let it stand for 30 minutes.

9. Banks for workpieces cleaned and sterilized. Covers boil.
