Meat rolls
Ingredients:
300 gr. minced meat
3 cloves of garlic
salt
ground pepper
some grated cheese
dill
vegetable oil
fresh tomato
How to cook:
1. Fry the chopped garlic in oil. Add minced meat to it. Darken until tender.
2. Pour 1-2 tbsp. l. grated cheese, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and immediately fill the fried strips of garlic.
3. Be sure to put a little fresh dill and a thin tomato slice into the roll.
Baked meat rolls
Ingredients:
0.5 kg minced meat
egg
onion
bread slice
3 tbsp. l. milk
carrot
vegetable oil
salt pepper
How to cook:
1. Soak a slice of bread in milk.
Instead of bread, you can use a handful of bread crumbs or oatmeal. Then just pour the milk into the minced meat.
2. Minced meat and onions through a meat grinder. Add pressed bread and raw egg. Season with salt and pepper, knead. And it is desirable to fight off.

How to cook:

250 gr. feta cheese or cottage cheese

a small bunch of parsley
How to cook:
1. Grate fresh peeled garlic, use dry immediately.
2. Finely chop the greens and grind with a fork together with feta cheese (cottage cheese). Add basil. Mix.
3. Stuff the rolls.
Sweet pepper rolls
Ingredients:
2 red bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic
green onions
parsley and cilantro
soft cheese or mayonnaise for dressing the filling
How to cook:
1. Chop the peppers and onions finely or into strips. Pass the garlic through a press.
2. Mix everything, season with soft cheese or mayonnaise, salt.
3. Screw on fried eggplant rolls.
Rolls with Chinese cabbage and tomatoes
Ingredients:
cabbage
vegetable oil
mayonnaise
fresh tomatoes
greens
salt
pepper
How to cook:
