Meat rolls

Ingredients:

300 gr. minced meat
3 cloves of garlic
salt
ground pepper
some grated cheese
dill
vegetable oil
fresh tomato

How to cook:

1. Fry the chopped garlic in oil. Add minced meat to it. Darken until tender.
2. Pour 1-2 tbsp. l. grated cheese, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and immediately fill the fried strips of garlic.
3. Be sure to put a little fresh dill and a thin tomato slice into the roll.

Baked meat rolls

Ingredients:

0.5 kg minced meat
egg
onion
bread slice
3 tbsp. l. milk
carrot
vegetable oil
salt pepper

How to cook:

1. Soak a slice of bread in milk.
Instead of bread, you can use a handful of bread crumbs or oatmeal. Then just pour the milk into the minced meat.
2. Minced meat and onions through a meat grinder. Add pressed bread and raw egg. Season with salt and pepper, knead. And it is desirable to fight off.
3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop another onion and fry everything until soft. Can be combined with minced meat or left for the sauce.


4. Fill the eggplants with the meat filling, roll up, put in a baking dish.
Top with or without carrot sauce. Or sprinkle with grated cheese, walnut paste with cheese, etc.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Rolls with nuts and cheese

Ingredients:

10 pieces. walnut kernels
100-150 gr. melted soft cheese
a bunch of fresh cilantro
3 tbsp. l. sour cream or cream (mayonnaise is possible)
1 hour l. seasoning hops-suneli
garlic to taste and desire

How to cook:

1. Fry the walnuts in a dry skillet for a few minutes and grind in a blender, meat grinder or food processor.
2. Wash greens, shake off moisture and chop very finely.
3. If garlic is used, it must be passed through a press or grated on a fine grater.
4. Combine nuts, cheese, herbs, seasoning, garlic and cream.
5. 1 tsp. l. spread the filling on layers of fried eggplant and roll into tight rolls. Hold in refrigerator until serving.

Rolls with feta cheese and parsley

Ingredients:

250 gr. feta cheese or cottage cheese
3 cloves of garlic (optional or take 1 tsp. l. dry)
1 hour l. dry basil
a small bunch of parsley

How to cook:

1. Grate fresh peeled garlic, use dry immediately.
2. Finely chop the greens and grind with a fork together with feta cheese (cottage cheese). Add basil. Mix.
3. Stuff the rolls.

Sweet pepper rolls

Ingredients:

2 red bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic
green onions
parsley and cilantro
soft cheese or mayonnaise for dressing the filling

How to cook:

1. Chop the peppers and onions finely or into strips. Pass the garlic through a press.
2. Mix everything, season with soft cheese or mayonnaise, salt.
3. Screw on fried eggplant rolls.

Rolls with Chinese cabbage and tomatoes

Ingredients:

cabbage
vegetable oil
mayonnaise
fresh tomatoes
greens
salt
pepper

How to cook:

1. Chop the cabbage and simmer in vegetable oil. Almost ready. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Wash the tomatoes and herbs, cut into small strips.
3. Combine both parts of the filling, season with mayonnaise, salt. You can pour in 1 tsp. l. balsamic vinegar or soy sauce for piquancy.
4. Use the filling to make rolls.

Rolls with cucumber or avocado and basil

Ingredients:

1 salad (long) cucumber or avocado
200 gr. soft cheese
1 clove of garlic
greens

How to cook:

1. Cut the cucumber or avocado into beautiful strips or pieces.
2. Mix chopped garlic with herbs and cheese.
3. Spread a strip of fried eggplant with cheese mass, put slices of cucumber or avocado. Roll up into rolls.
