Today I want to share with my readers recipe for cooking "magic pots" from the oven. This is a dish that I have been cooking for 3 decades and I always get extremely positive feedback. Another advantage of such pots, for me personally, is the versatility of this dish, that is they can be prepared on any day, be it some kind of holiday, dinner with guests or a simple family dinner. When there is no time to think about what to cook, pots are a safe bet.

1. Cut the potatoes, I cut them into cubes. Fill with potatoes 1/3 pot. Cut into cubes pork meat, can be replaced with any other (150 grams per serving), chicken fillet (70 grams per serving) and any minced meat (50-70 grams per serving). Put the meat on the potatoes, finely chop the onion, grate one carrot and put the vegetables on the meat. Scroll the photo to the right.

2. Add 1 tablespoon to each pot, without a slide, finely chopped pickled cucumbers. We cover all this with a layer of potatoes, also cut into cubes, and pour water so that it hides the potatoes. Add to each pot

0.5 teaspoon salt, 3-4 peas of black pepper, 1-2 bay leaves. We put in a cold oven for 1 hour 20 minutes, at a temperature 200 degrees. We make cakes from puff pastry, slightly larger than the diameter of the pot.

3. After the time has elapsed, add to each pot 1 tablespoon stew top grade, I had pork, 0.5 teaspoontomato pastea clove of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of butter. We close all this with a dough lid and leave in the oven. until the crust is browned (about 20-30 minutes). When ready, you can grease the lid with oil. Delicious pots are ready.
