Cheesecakes are perhaps the most common cottage cheese dish. Each housewife prepares them. However, not everyone gets fluffy golden curd cakes with a bright curd taste.
So that the cheesecakes do not float in the pan and keep their shape, it is important to observe the proportions. It is also very desirable to take dry cottage cheese.
If you still haven't found the correct proportions, then this recipe is for you. This recipe makes the most delicious, just perfect cheesecakes.
They are golden, keep their shape well, they have a little flour and they are very tasty.
According to this recipe, even a novice hostess will make the most delicious cheese cakes!
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- flour - 60 g
- sugar - 60 g
- yolk - 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar - 5 g
- vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step recipe
1. Put 400 g of cottage cheese in a bowl, add 60 g of flour to it. We mix everything.
It is better to take cottage cheese for curd cakes a little dry. If you take wet cottage cheese, then you will have to add more flour.
2. Pour 60 g of sugar, 5 g of vanilla sugar here.
Divide 2 eggs into yolk and white. Add the yolks to the curd immediately. We don't need proteins.
Mix everything with a fork until smooth. You do not need to whip the cottage cheese.
3. We form small cheese cakes from this dough. Sprinkle with flour during sculpting.
One syrnik is about 1 tbsp. l. curd mass.
Put the cheese pancakes in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
4. Fry cheese cakes over medium heat from one side until golden brown.
When the syrniki are fried on one side, turn them over to the other side.
Reduce heat to minimum and cover the pan with a lid. This is how we prepare the cheese cakes for about 2-3 minutes.
5. Ready-made cheese cakes, remove from the pan on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
Cheesecakes are ready and can be served.
The cheesecakes turned out to be very tasty, moderately sweet and not dry. They are prepared very simply and quickly.
From this amount of ingredients, I got 12 syrniki.
