Today I will tell about the method of making delicious ground coffee in a hurry. As you already understood, this method is associated with pre-freezing coffee. The main advantage of this method is that having made coffee once, then it remains just toss a couple of cubes into boiling water. The French have an expression "sock juice", as they call poorly brewed coffee. Having tried this recipe in practice, I believe that even the French there will be no complaints against him.
1. We put ground coffee in the Turk, more than usually, so that it is saturated. Pour cold boiled water mix and put on fire above average. 2.Filtering coffee through a strainer and pour into molds for ice (I used ice bags). We put it in the freezer and store it there. Scroll the photo to the right.
3. After completing the first two steps, when you want to have a cup of coffee just bring the required amount of milk or water to a boil, pour them into a mug and toss a couple of ice coffee cubes. Add sugar to taste wait a minute and enjoy excellent coffee. I managed 18 cubes iced coffee from 9 rounded teaspoons ground.
