This shrimp salad will bring to mind your guests. The taste of it is simply amazing! The ingredients are perfectly combined, supplementing and enhancing the taste of each other. Perfect salad for the holiday table. In our family, no celebration is complete without it.

Preparation:

Tear hands 100 -150 gr leaves Chinese cabbage. If you do not like it - or replace arugula salad "Iceberg", it turns out very tasty, too.

Adding 300 grams of cooked peeled shrimp. You can also add less, the taste did not change significantly.

Now, cut into cubes 1 avocado. Choose a ripe fruit - it is soft, tender and tasty. Unripe avocado is able to mess up the whole salad. Cut into large pieces and 2-3 tomatoes.

One cut onion rings or half rings, scalded with boiling water, and then for 20-30 minutes pickle in vinegar and water (1: 1 ratio). Then also add to the salad.

Prepare dressing: mix 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper - to taste.

Pour salad dressing, stir and serve!
