For this purpose whisk cup sugar and 3 eggs, add vanillin, and then gradually introduce 1 cup sifted flour mixed with 1 tsp baking powder. Bake biscuit 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
The first 15 minutes do not open the oven, otherwise the cake will settle. The cooled cake sticks cut into 2-3 cm thick. These sticks are using cookies instead Savoiardi.
Next, prepare the cream. For this take 6 egg yolks and whisk until white with 150 g sugar. Add to cream cheese 500g mascarpone.
Separately, beat until thick air mass egg whites and add to the cream. At this stage, very carefully stir the cream so that it retained its lightness.

Harvesting tiramisu for 8-12 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa on top.
