Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2-3 pieces
meat (pork) - 500g
Onion - 1 pc
Carrots - 1 pc
mushrooms - 100-150gr
egg - 1 pc
Cheese - 100gr
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
white semi-dry wine
butter
vegetable oil
salt
pepper

Meat (my pork) cut into small pieces, pour the wine and put them in the refrigerator for several hours or even overnight, to marinated meat.

Then chop the onion and send it to the pan with vegetable oil. Immediately add the chopped mushrooms and grated carrots. fry

Cheese grate and mix with the egg. Cut potatoes, grind the garlic.

So, all the ingredients are prepared, it's time to put them in pots.

At the bottom of each pot put a small piece of butter. Then, garlic and chopped herbs. Next is the potato. At this point, you can add salt and pepper a little. Adding 2-3 tablespoons broth or water.

Next, send in pots mushrooms with onions and carrots, then the meat. And a little more potato. You can just add salt again. Fill the egg-cheese mixture and send it by 35-40 minutes in the oven. Temperature is set to 180 degrees. Bon Appetit!
