Cooking method:
Pre-soak the raisins in hot water for 20 minutes. Then rinse well and dry. I had large light raisins, after drying I cut them into small pieces. I recommend👍.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar and salt until smooth.
Add flour and semolina, mix. If the mass turned out to be dry and thick, like on cheesecakes, it is necessary to add milk in parts so that the mass turns out to be a mushy consistency. It took me about 80 ml. milk.
Then add raisins to the mass and mix with a spatula. Put in the form. (If silicone, no need to lubricate). Bake at 170* for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool the finished casserole in the form. She settles down and stabilizes. Serve dusted with powdered sugar and garnish with berries if desired.
